Subscription Cancellation and Refund
User can avail Trail Package and test the functionality of the website before buying the Paid Subscription.
A User can not cancel their subscription once they avail paid subscription.
Subscription Plan availed is non refundable, non transferable to other users at any case.

All User passwords are encrypted and users are sololy responsible for their usernames and passwords.
Sharing the usernames/passwords are strictly prohibited, in case if usernames/passwords are shared, DigitalStorz/DigitalStorz.com is not responsible for the data loss/financial loss happened to users/ to its customers.
One user can register maximum 3 accounts that includes 1 Admin account and 2 staff accounts. DigitalStorz/DigitalStorz.com can revise the users limit per store at any point of time.
User registered as admin is limited to send
50000 SMS per account that includes 2 Staff users in Yearly Plan.
25000 SMS per account that includes 2 Staff users in Half-Yearly Plan.
10000 SMS per account that includes 2 Staff users in Quarterly Plan.
3000 SMS per account that includes 2 Staff users in Monthly Plan.
200 SMS per account that includes 2 Staff users in Trail Plan.
In case user consumes above SMS Limits, SMS services will not be functional till you purchase additional SMS plans.
Left over messages post subsciption ends will not be carry forwarded to subsequent plans, and new SMS limits will apply as per user plan selected.
DigitalStorz/DigitalStorz.com is not responsible for the SMS sent by users, Store Users are sololy responsible for the SMS that they are sending to thier customers, in case of any misusage of SMS or any illegal,violated,sensual,pornographic data is sent through SMS, users who sent the SMS are responsible to owe any legal action taken by TRAI/Telecom authorities and are responsible for criminal actions/further proceedings from government.
